Deadline, Exchanges and Returns

SHIPPING

The tracking code will be sent within 3 business days to your registered email, via SMS and/or WhatsApp, depending on how your user registers.

Shipping of your product will depend on the destination city, shipping will be sent within a maximum of 2 business days, except for pre-sale parts. Delivery generally takes place within a maximum of 10 working days for PAC, and within 4 working days for SEDEX, if it is local delivery, it will be delivered on the next working day at most after purchase.

Our team does its best to send your product as soon as possible, as we are also happy when we can fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

If you made a purchase through our website, received the product in perfect condition and were still not satisfied, you can request an exchange or cancellation through your account and our website.

Kronne undertakes to carry out the exchange if:

*The exchange is requested within 7 calendar days after receipt of the purchase;

Submit a return request

1st Click on the profile icon in the store navigation or access
refund policy or returns page and request a
devolution.

2nd Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address and click
Continue.
- In your email account, open the message sent by our store
copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the copied code.

3rd Click on the order for which you want to request a return.

4º If the order has more than one item, select the ones you
want to return.

5th Select a reason for the return and include a note
to the store.

6th Click on Request return. If your request is
approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with instructions and
a return shipping label. After the product is
returned, you will receive a refund.

PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL

As dictated by CDC (Consumer Protection Code) regulations, customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register their withdrawal from the purchase.

According to article 49, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within seven days of its signature, or the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services takes place outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.

Sole paragraph - If the consumer exercises the right to repentance provided for in this article, any amounts paid, in any capacity, during the reflection period, will be returned, immediately, monetarily updated.

CLEARANCE PRODUCTS/BAZAAR

We do not exchange items on sale.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

The new product has up to 7 calendar days to be replaced. As long as it is presented in the same conditions in which it was received/purchased (in the original packaging and unused).

If you chose the product in our online store, but when you received it you were not satisfied and want to replace it with another item, observe the rules:

Return of Merchandise

  • The merchandise must be sent to the address of origin, that is, the same as that of the sender of the merchandise.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories.
  • The product can not show any evidence of use.
  • The merchandise must be sent together with the Invoice and all documentation required by the carrier or post office and stating the reason for return on the back of the invoice.
  • Goods returned by the customer for exchange and/or withdrawal, without an invoice, will be returned to the sender without prior notice. We do not carry out exchanges or cancellations of orders without the product being accompanied by the invoice.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 

Return of Merchandise

  • The merchandise must be sent to the address of origin, previously communicated through your account and our website.
  • Return the product in its original packaging.
  • The customer must send the first copy of the Purchase Invoice together with the product.
  • The customer must send a brief written report about the alleged defect to which the complaint refers.

Product defect analysis

Defect assessment will be carried out by our Quality Control and then the final report on the exchange order will be completed. Average completion time: 15 working days after receiving the product.

Report favorable to exchange

  • The customer will receive at the origin address, at no additional cost, the replacement of the product with another of the same model.
  • If the same model is not in stock, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another model to exchange from the options available on the website, respecting the credit limit.
  • If there is a price difference between the chosen product and the claimed product, payment of the difference must be made.

 

Report Against the Exchange

 The product will be returned without the right to replacement.

Rejection items:

  • Absence of defect (failure to identify the damage reported by the customer).
  • Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.
  • Signs of accidental damage.
  • Natural wear and tear due to use.
  • Inadequate washing of the product.

REFUND OF VALUES

The refund of amounts will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the condition of the product(s) at our Distribution Center. The product must not show any signs of use. The refund of amounts when returning the product does not include shipping costs, considering that it was used in the first shipment. In the event of cancellation of a purchase that has not yet been shipped, the refund will be made in full with the shipping cost.
